Interim Vuture Specialist (6 Month FTC) - Modern City Law Firm

A modern, progressive and commercially-oriented City law firm with a dynamic and enterprising approach is hiring an Interim Vuture Specialist on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services and working closely with the firm's CRM Manager, events team and wider marketing and BD colleagues, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management and administration of the Vuture e-marketing platform. Providing day-to-day operational support for the BD team, fee-earners and secretaries and actively promoting the system and its capabilities across the firm, the Interim Vuture Specialist will be tasked with designing, creating and managing email campaigns from the provided copy, including newsletters and events, and subsequently creating and distributing campaign reports from the platform. The role holder will also take responsibility for the compilation of mailing lists and the maintenance and execution of searches and reports using InterAction, MS Excel and Vuture. Ensuring data entry standards are met, trouble-shooting data issues and communicating data privacy considerations to members of the firm will also represent important elements of this broad role.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced professional services environment and must possess a good understanding of InterAction and the Vuture e-marketing platform. Creative and attention to detail focused, the Interim Vuture Specialist will require an approachable manner and good communication skills to work closely with Partners, fee earners and other members of the firm.
