-Well established multi ward winning practice based less than a 5 minute walk from Leeds train station
-Offering a wide range of services to its individuals and businesses

The Role:

-As a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer to you will be running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion with one on one support from a conveyancing assistant
-The caseload is manageable and varied which will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-A minimum of 2 years' experience running your own residential property caseload
-A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer will be considered
-Must be able to run the full remit of conveyancing transactions from start to finish
-Self motivated
-Excellent communication skills
