Conveyancing Assistant - Castleford
The Firm:

The Role:
-You will be assisting a residential property fee earner with a caseload from inception through to post completion
-The Caseload is varied and will include:
Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-Must have experience in assisting with both sale and purchase files
-Team player
-Excellent communication skills
