In-House Counsel at Religious Charity

Growing Religious Organisation has created a new position within the organisation as an in-house Counsel, this hire will be either someone who is looking to work in-house and is drawn to work for religious or charitable organisations. This position is a fantastic opportunity, ideally looking at candidates who are still at the beginning of their career and have either recently finished a Training Contract with property as one of their seats) or is 1 to 3 year PQE and wanting to work in-house.  With the main bulk of this company’s work being property our client requires someone who understands the residential property process, from start to finish, inside and out however this role will involve all areas of law, commercial, contract, employment, litigation as you will be the organisation’s legal counsel and will be reporting in to the CEO (ex-lawyers). The duties and accountabilities that will fall to you will be hugely interesting and very varied so applicants with exposures to multiple areas of law (with the relevant residential property experience as a pre-requisite) please apply.  Standard hours are 35 hours per week with flexible start/finish times available with a very generous benefits package plus offices are based in stunning offices in the West-End of London. Salary to £45,000.
