RTA Solicitor, Preston
A well-established and growing firm in Preston are currently seeking a Fast-track RTA Litigator to join their successful team. The successful candidate will be handling a caseload of personal injury cases from the point they exit portal to issue or settlement.
Duties will include:
* Valuing personal injury, preparing part 36 advice, assessing quantum and liability
* Running a caseload of out of-portal and RTA personal injury claims
Skills Required
* 2-5 years experience within litigation
* Familiarity with Civil Procedure, Protocols and processes for personal injury claims
* Experience/understanding of personal injury law
* Experience of running own caseload
* Relevant up to date legal knowledge
