Infrastructure and natural resources Plc seek interim support within their legal team. Our client seeks immediate support whilst they recruit a new permanent member of the team. You could therefore also have the opportunity to apply for the permanent position.

Responsibilities

The legal team currently support the business across a broad range of commercial legal advice, some very complex. Work could therefore be scoped to your legal skills and could include any of the following:

  • IT and data protection
  • Construction and engineering
  • Commercial disputes
  • General commercial contracting: T&Cs, consultancy, procurement

We are looking for:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK)
  • Well regarded law firm or inhouse experience, preferably within a similar sector (infrastructure/construction/utilities/engineering environment)
  • Significant commercial law experience in some of the above specialist areas
  • Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running
  • Strong interpersonal, commercial and team skills
  • Confident and able to work with senior management

Homeworking, part-time and flexible working all considered.
