Real Estate Paralegal

An excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate / property paralegal seeking an interesting role for 3-6 months.

The firm is seeking a property paralegal to cover for 6 months while there is no trainee in the department, therefore you can look forward to a high level of responsibility and tasks more akin to trainee level.

This role would be great for a future trainee starting in September as with this experience you will be able to hit the ground running. It will also be good for a talented paralegal seeking a training contract as the level of experience you would gain would be great for your applications.

The successful real estate paralegal can look forward to working on a varied portfolio with a mix of both high net worth residential and commercial property work. Initially it is anticipated the work will be predominantly conveyancing, but after March it is anticipated the work will be more varied.

If you have solid real estate experience from a city firm or a highly regarded regional firm and are immediately available to start we’d love to hear from you.

Salary is £32-34k and the role will start in the next two weeks.
