Residential Conveyancer, Leicestershire, 2+ years PQE – Are you a talented Residential Property Lawyer seeking an opportunity to join an experienced team of specialists at an established firm in Leicestershire? 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+

SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
You will become a fundamental member within the residential property team, handling the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters including property sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and declarations of trust. Liaising with colleagues who are experienced within their field, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge in a reputable practice whilst continuously strengthening your technical skills. It is expected that you will be confident in mentoring less experienced staff to develop and broaden their knowledge. This role is an opportunity to provide efficient and quality service to your clients, within a supportive working environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will have gained a minimum of 2 years' PQE and will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of residential property law. You will be diligent, reliable and dependable, consistently achieving and delivery a high quality service to your client base. You will work comfortably within a team but equally thrive working independently handling your own busy caseload. The client is looking for an individual who will show strong technical competence, self-motivation and enthusiasm and be a significant addition to the growing team.
