Job Description

The key responsibilities:

Working on capital market matters, loans specific.

There will be a mix including LMA standard documents

3 - 4 mth contract however may offer additional work

Maternity cover 

Working from home

The candidate 

The successful candidate will have relevant LMA experience from a reputable city practice or multi-national in-house as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and have excellent academics and technical skills.
