Senior Construction Paralegal/Legal Executive - Bristol

We are working with an international firm, based in Bristol, in their search for a senior construction paralegal/Legal Executive to join their construction team in Bristol. This construction paralegal will be working for a highly regarded construction team on a wide range of non contentious construction matters.

Working across varied industries, the successful senior construction paralegal will be working on a caseload of construction contracts (both domestic and international) . You will also be reviewing ancillary documentation to include collateral warranties, appointments, parent company guarantees and performance bonds.

You must have a significant amount of non contentious construction experience and be able to show that you are familiar with all types of construction contracts to include; FIDIC, JCT, NEC and IChemE contracts. It is important that you are able to show atleast 2 years' experience in a reputable construction team. Our client is considering senior paralegals and legal executives.
