We have recently been instructed on a new litigation role for our client, a Top 100 law firm, who are keen to secure a junior litigation lawyer to join their Housing Management Team.

The team, who are national leaders in their field, provide expert legal advice to registered social landlords and local authority clients across Wales and England. Their advice covers all aspects of tenancy enforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity or anti-social behaviour and other issues to include succession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness and allocations.

The role will include a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including producing court documents, negotiating with other parties and advising clients.
