Family Lawyer | West Sussex
£35,000 - £60,000 per annum

This Chambers ranked, Legal 500 firm in Crawley have asked us to assist them in finding an ambitious and personable Family Lawyer to join their highly reputable team.

About the Role

They are now looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to work seamlessly into their family department. Joining a small but highly knowledgeable team that is looking to grow over the next few years, the Family Lawyer will need existing experience of handling all family law matters, including:

• Divorce & separation
• Ancillary relief
• Civil partnerships
• Children issues
• Cohabitation issues
• Pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Advocacy experience would be preferable, although not essential

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for an ambitious Family Lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE. You will be working closely with the HOD, therefore need to be comfortable in running your own cases independently from start to finish and with minimal supervision. You will be involved in marketing and business development of the department.
