Corporate Paralegal

We have an exciting new permanent opportunity for a corporate paralegal to join a media, technology, and IP Law firm. This firm has been ranked as top tier in Media & Entertainment by The Legal 500.

This role would suit an enthusiastic individual that is looking to progress their paralegal career within a collaborative team. Initially, this opportunity will be home working but will eventually be based in the firm's Cheltenham Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate paralegal to progress their career and develop their own expertise.

Your responsibilities will involve working on a broad range of corporate transactions in media and technology. Daily tasks will include supporting corporate lawyers on all aspects of transactions and providing assistance on due diligence and disclosure exercises. You will also be required to draft basic corporate documents, undertake legal research and provide assistance on aspects of project management.

A strong candidate will possess experience as a corporate paralegal in a fast-paced environment, a qualification in law (GDL or Law Degree) and a keen interest in corporate deals. You will also have gained exposure to handling corporate transactions, undertaking due diligence and legal research.
