This exciting new role is due to exceptional growth within the firms Public Family and Care department. The firm are currently seeking a paralegal to support fee earners within the Care team. The role will include maintaining files and ensuring efficient case management care, producing accurate and detailed work to ensure an excellent legal service and draft documentation including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, statements of evidence and full attendance notes. The ideal paralegal for this role will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a care/public family department and have good and solid knowledge of this area of law. You must be highly organised, a team player and passionate about making a difference. The firm are looking for determined paralegals who are able to deal with sensitive situations and sometimes difficult clients whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. A good knowledge of public funding procedures is preferred.
