Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer - West Sussex.

Well regarded law firm with offices throughout the South East are currently looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to join their office in West Sussex.

This role is to manage a varied caseload involving sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, registered and unregistered land - from small one bedroom flats through to multi million pound properties with acres of land.   

This is one of the firms smaller branch offices and therefore it is necessary for you to be able to run a caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision but you will get secretarial support.

It is anticipated that you will have at least 3 years experience of running your own residential conveyancing caseload and applications are welcome from solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or unqualified conveyancers/paralegals but it is essential that you have at least 3 years experience of working as a fee earner, managing your own caseload.
