Corporate Tax Solicitor

An elite US law firm is looking to grow its London team with a with a 1-5 PQE Corporate Tax Associate. Highest quality work. Excellent remuneration.

You should have an outstanding academic background and 1-5 years PQE in a top international or US law firm working as a Corporate Tax Associate. The team at this heavyweight US law firm focuses on private equity and real estate taxation. On the funds side, the firm advises on the formation of funds and their transactions.

As a Corporate Tax Associate, you’ll be given the opportunity to work on all tax aspects of corporate tax, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions. You’ll be advising fund managers and investors across a wide range of asset classes including private equity, debt, real estate and venture capital.
