Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer

Due to growth, an exciting role is available for a financial services regulatory lawyer with the London office of a US firm. The team is looking to hire a junior or mid-level solicitor who would enjoy working as part of a small team which continues to develop its presence in the UK.

Work is wide ranging and includes providing transaction support and advice to new funds and managers, trading platforms (particularly on issues relating to crypto-currencies), private equity firms, wealth managers and insurers on UK and European financial services legislation and compliance matters in both the wholesale and retail markets.

The team continues to seek to grow organically and longer term there are great prospects for the right associate. It will therefore suit an ambitious,  confident and intellectually curious lawyer.
