Our client is a well known provider of social housing and is looking for a Housing Management Solicitor (12 month FTC) for a maternity cover. You will be dealing with the a full range of housing management issues.

Our client is a well known provider of social housing throughout the North-West area. They are looking for a Housing Management Solicitor (12 month FTC) to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be based out of either the Liverpool or Manchester office but the majority of the role will be home-working.
Description
As a Housing Management Solicitor you will deal with the full range of housing matters including handling a case load of routine, complex and potentially sensitive legal cases made up of contentious and non-contentious matters including advice on anti-social behaviour; landlord & tenant related matters; tenancy enforcement, injunction and general housing management advice.
