This very well-established firm and team is expanding and seek an experienced construction solicitor ideally with at least 1 years' PQE to join them in Exeter.
In this role you will work closely with a well reputed team and partners. The team handle both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. This vacancy will be to advise on non-contentious construction & projects work.
You will be involved in major projects across the UK and internationally.
Recent transactions have involved acting for developers within the leisure and hospitality sector in connection with the design and build of hotels to be built in the South West; acting for Local Authorities in respect of term maintenance contracts and Framework Alliancing Contracts and acting for both developers and contractors in connection with various schemes using JCT Design and Build and NEC4 form of contracts. There is also much school and academy work.
You will become part of a much bigger national and international team, regularly meeting up virtually to work collaboratively across offices.
The continuing training you will receive will be first class. Both in-house and external you will be encouraged to learn and develop from day one, attending and where appropriate assisting with marketing initiatives and seminars.
