Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive, West Sussex – Join an established team in offering support and an opportunity to progress your career long-term. 

JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £35-45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This established team is looking for an addition Fee Earner to join the private client team. The team currently consists of 5 other Fee Earners plus 5 support staff. You will be handling a varied caseload of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates and deputyship applications.

THE CANDIDATE:
The team requires an experienced (2+ years PQE) and knowledgeable Fee Earner who is able to provide clients with the support and legal advice they need with an empathetic approach, always working towards developing a practical and straightforward solution for clients. You should be able to demonstrate a passion for private client law and a genuine desire to succeed in your role.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
Along with a competitive salary you will also receive a range of benefits: holiday entitlement starts at 25 days per annum and increases (after 2 full years) by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days. Private Healthcare cover is offered to all staff after a 3-month probation period. Auto-enrolment pension with Legal & General (4% employee contribution, 4% employer contribution).
