Real Estate Finance Senior Associate

Your new firm
Our Top 50 international client is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Senior Associate to join their excellent Real Estate Finance Team in Exeter.


Your new role
You will join this expanding team where you will undertake a broad range of property financing work for clients ranging from Registered Providers to funders, institutional investors and lenders with a focus on securing financing structures to support large scale property transactions.

You will have the chance to project manage team projects involving high value charging schemes while also enjoy a broader diet of Regeneration and Development work within this flourishing department. You will be given responsibility early on in this role including the supervision of junior members within the team and high levels of client contact and development.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced real estate lawyer with excellent technical skills and relevant real estate financing experience. Experience of advising Registered Providers would be a distinct advantage but not a pre-requisite.

You will be able to take on responsibility from the word go, manage and progress matters independently while being a key team player.
