This unusual opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigator to join an established and growing firm with offices throughout Devon.
You will work in a small team, alongside a very highly regarded head of department.
Doing a good job and servicing clients properly is of utmost importance here. You will make a big difference to the team in continuing the success achieved to date.
This is not a large national law firm where your caseload can be narrow and niche. Here your caseload will be broad general litigation and employment matters including: Land and property disputes, contentious probate, employment disputes, contract drafting, professional negligence and consumer disputes, contract disputes, commercial and residential possession proceedings, landlord and tenant disputes, rent and debt recovery matters.
Qualified solicitors and legal executives with at least 5 years' experience are encouraged to apply. You will ideally have both general litigation and employment law experience.
Excellent salary depending on experience.
