An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving regional law firm in Shrewsbury.
The Commercial Property Solicitor’s responsibilities will include:
- Dealing and handling a varied and complex caseload of commercial property matters
- Managing all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant and development and leasehold
- Representing clients and providing excellent service
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- Circa 10 years PQE in dealing with commercial property matters within a recognised legal practice
- Demonstrate astute technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong business development skills and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational, written and IT skills are essential
