Considering this success, the need has arisen to recruit a Commercial to their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This well-established firm are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Commercial Associate Solicitor to blend into their busy team and take on an extensive mix of commercial matters including;

• Contract drafting and negotiation of high value and complex contracts
• Procurement contracts
• Agency and distribution agreements
• IT contracts
• Outsourcing agreements
• General terms and conditions (B2B and B2C)
• Data Protection
• Intellectual property
• Commercial due diligence

This role will be ideal for those applicants looking to further their career, through working alongside a diverse range of experienced and well respected Partners. The successful Commercial Associate will be a qualified Commercial Solicitor, ILEX or equivalent, with at least years 6 PQE* who has strong Commercial experience.

The successful Commercial Solicitor will boast a solid academic background, be ambitious and will have the confidence to prosper in this exciting Commercial Associate role.
