HR Manager - International Law Firm
Our client, a prestigious International law firm, seek to appoint a Human Resources Manager, on a full-time permanent basis, to be based in their Central London HQ.
The firm are well-known for challenging the status quo and offer a refreshing and forward-thinking way of approaching problems. The incoming HR Manager will establish themselves as a trusted advisor to the Partner Group within the London office, and report into the Head of Partner HR and will be supported by a Senior HR Officer and the Partner HR Assistant in the day-to-day operations.
The role is broad, working as a senior business partner, covering the full HR lifecycle of partners across various countries and Practice Groups. Moreover, the role will involve specialist knowledge on performance management, leaver negotiation, change in terms, grievances and disciplinary.
The wider HR team in London, which comprises 38 professionals.
Professional Services experience is a prerequisite for this position and you will have worked at Managerial level previously.
