A Top 50 law firm that I have worked with for over 5 years are looking to recruit a minimum 3 years PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their Birmingham office. This is a first-rate opportunity for an ambitious, driven Corporate Solicitor to join a top leading UK firm in Birmingham with a team that will work with a broad sector of clients which includes manufacturing and retail, recruitment and education.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a leading firm that can offer exposure to top quality work. You will have 3 years + experience in Corporate law with a commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience. You would be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team that is well regarded and that typically deals in good quality varied work which includes M&A, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions.
You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will take a lead role and work closely with Partners, whilst also working autonomously. It is therefore essential that you are able to build client relationships and be an interactive team member.
