Clayton Legal are proud to bring to you a brand new role based in Southport, working for a well-established and growing private practice law firm. My client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer within their property team and wondered if it could be of interest?
This firm has experienced incredible growth over the last 12 months and this growth and increase in workload and brought about the requirement for this role.
On a day to day basis this Residential Conveyancer role will consist of dealing with the sales and purchase from initiation to completion, managing a caseload of around 90 files of residential matters with support.
My client is looking for a Conveyancer who can hit the ground running with minimal hand holding, so will ideally need to hold a minimum of 4 years' experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own caseload from start to finish.
Salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is very competitive but dependent upon previous property experience, my client is also operating on flexible home working at present, however this will return to office environment in the future.
