My client are an asset management organisation and they are looking to hire a legal counsel for their London based offices. This role will be based remotely initially with a view that when it is safe to do so, you will be based at their Central London offices and have the flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week.

The main focus of the role will be to assist with an ongoing migration project, as well as advising on regulatory matters, both in the UK and EU. You will ensure documents are compliant with UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, SYSC 8 outsourcing rules, CASS, COBS and any other relevant laws or regulations.

The ideal candidate will come from an asset management/funds background and have a minimum of 4 years experience. Candidates with Spanish language skills would be highly desirable but this is not essential.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
