6 + PQE

Our client is one of the fastest growing independent law firms in the country acting for many international and national household brand names and a variety of individual clients throughout the UK. Our client is now looking for a an ambitious Solicitor to join and manage their highly regarded Residential Property Team based in their Winchester office.

You will have 6+ years' experience and will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex residential property conveyancing caseloads. The successful candidate will have a network of existing relationships, possess a strong reputation in the area together with sound technical and procedural knowledge. Managerial experience of a Team is essential as the Team grows.

The role involves working closely with colleagues from across the Firm as well as a variety of professionals in other organisations. You will therefore have the ability to adopt a creative, pragmatic and commercial approach.
