A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Structured Products paralegal to join its well-regarded Global Markets team based in London. The successful applicant will be working alongside other paralegals and associates within the Global Markets group across multiple offices.
The role will involve assisting on a broad range of structured finance transactions, liaising with clients and EEA competent authorities, assisting on programme updates and supplements, drafting trade documentation for structured products and derivatives, along with general paralegal and administrative duties.
It is essential that applicants have solid and relevant experience gained from a well-known law firm, with excellent academics (min 2:1 LLB), IT skills, exemplary organisational and communicative skills (at all levels) and an ability to manage their own caseload in a calm and efficient manner.
