THE ROLE
A real estate finance lawyer is now sought to join a leading team which acts for high profile clients, including financiers, developers, real estate trusts and funds on all aspects of real estate investment and development financings and across all sectors including hotels, student accommodation, the private rented sector, offices, retail and logistics.
The work will include drafting and negotiating the finance documentation and liaising with colleagues in various other teams.

With 2-5pqe, excellent academics and experience gained at another leading law firm, you will have good interpersonal and consultancy skills and be looking to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
