Douglas Scott Legal are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a fantastic high street law firm in the Mansfield area.
The role will include:
• Supporting Fee Earners and Solicitors.
• Carrying out Land Registry searches.
• Opening and closing files.
• Dealing with client enquiries.
• Assisting in getting files complete
• Drafting legal documents.
• Dealing with third parties.
The Ideal candidate:
• Previous experience working in a Conveyancing Property team
• Able to work to deadlines.
• Able to use case management systems.
