Commercial Property Solicitor
North East (can be based at various locations)
QED Legal are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor for an outstanding new role with one of the leading practices in the North East. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be competitive.
With a number of offices across the region, this firm has one of the strongest commercial property teams and are listed in the Legal 500. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 3 years pqe and be competent to run their own varied caseload of matters to include (although not limited to) freehold and leasehold transactions, development agreements, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters. Although not essential, some experience in agricultural property would certainly bolster your application.
