Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEx
Due to expansion an ambitious, a dynamic Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic lead opportunity with a leading Teesside law firm. Applications are invited from positively charged Residential Conveyancing Solicitors or CILEx looking to take the next step and build out a high quality Conveyancing service with a forward thinking and progressive CQS accredited law firm. Salary is upwards of £28,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also be driven to develop existing relationships in the local community, and leverage the strong brand and good will that is already present in the area.

that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will have acquired at least 3 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
