Devon – ASAP - Hybrid Working

We are recruiting for an Employment Locum on behalf of our client based in Devon. The firm are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team on remote working basis whilst lockdown continues and office presence when required.

The successful candidate will be required to handle all matters including, but not limited to:  providing strategic advice, advising on redundancy and restructures, TUPE, industrial action, working time issues and Employment Tribunals etc.

This position is open to applications from Solicitors and Lawyers with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. The successful candidate will have extensive prior experience handling a complex caseload with minimal support.

This well regarded firm, are seeking a full-time locum and are offering a remote working set-up for the time being. However, they will require locums to attend the office if required by the team. The rate on offer is between £30 to £40 per hour, depending on experience.
