Salary up to £27k
An establishedLegal 500 firm close to transport links in central Manchester is looking for a residential conveyancer to join the team on a full time permanent basis. The firm is a regional multi service firm with a strong reputation and can offer competitive salaries as well as a truly great place to work. The role has arisen due to expansion.
The role will involve handling a case load of approximately 100 freehold and leasehold matters, and the work will be diverse given that the files are referred from larger sources as well as coming from a long-established local client base. You will be part of a cohesive team under steady management, and benefit from opportunities to progress in the future.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience handling a full case load of residential property matters. Ideally, this will include both freehold and leasehold files as well as some more complex matters, and you will be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. There is also the opportunity to work some of the time from home if you wish.
This is an ideal opportunity for a conveyancer to join a firm in which they may take on some more complex and high-quality work from inception to completion and take ownership of a case load.
