Diversity and Inclusion Manager (D&I)

Join an established D&I team within a renowned International Law Firm.

We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to help drive and assist the delivery of our clients D&I strategy.

This role would suit an individual who is used to working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You would be part of a wider team and building positive relationships with stakeholders is key. 

You will build on existing initiatives and take the lead in identifying employee needs and implementation of new programs.

The Ideal Candidate - will have experience in a dedicated D&I role previously or a proven track record of project success if D&I has been part of a broader role.

The Client - is flexible on where you will be based, London, Manchester or Leeds are options. They are really investing in their D&I strategy and already a pioneer in the legal space as active participants of high profile campaigns.
