The Role:

My client, a long-established full-service law firm, is looking for a Family Lawyer to join their established and reputable team. Dealing with a range of private family matters, your caseload will include finances, divorces and private children matters, pre and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and financial remedy.

This role will also involve an element of business development, exploring opportunities for niche sub-practices and further enhancing the departments reputation.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a range of private Family matters with the ability to manage their caseload independently without supervision, as well as possessing advocacy experience.

You will have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills, in addition to having a great eye for detail and a genuine passion for Family law. A good problem-solving approach and solid technical abilities are essential.
