NQ+ Employment Opportunity | National firm | Exeter
A great opportunity has arisen for an NQ+ employment solicitor to join a highly successful team based in Exeter.
The role does offer home working but some presence in the office during the week will be required.
The role:
- Working on a range of employment disputes mainly respondent led with some claimant work involved from time to time.
- Complex and high value contentious tribunal work and non contentious matters relating to advising HR and corporate support.
- You will be required to take part in business development and networking events to promote the team and firm.
Requirements:
- An NQ - 5 PQE employment solicitor with experience in the above.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to take responsibility for complex and demanding employment matters.
