Highly successful full service practice in Leicestershire seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team.
The Role:
The successful commercial litigation solicitor will be responsible for dealing with a broad and varied commercial litigation caseload consisting of the following matters:
* Partnership disputes
* Property disputes
* Commercial disputes
* Contentious probate
* Professional negligence claims
The Candidate:
You will:
* Be a qualified Commercial Litigation solicitor, with ideally over 5 years worth of experience
* Have experience in dealing with a broad range of litigation matters
* Be confident in handling your own caseload
