This organisation is looking for a forward thinking, entrepreneurial, business development hungry Residential Property Solicitor 3 years PQE to join their modern Harrow office.

The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor 3 years PQE to join their expanding team, based in Harrow, North London.

You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department and help drive forward the firm in maintaining and establishing a strong client base of new clients for the firm.

This team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The caseload will consist of leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, joint ownership, property investment, property purchase and sale, landlord services and small-scale development.

This role comes with good prospects and career development.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be able to competently run a varied commercial property caseload
• Experience managing a team and in business development is desired
