Legal Secretary - Wills and Probate
Cutting edge, well established firm are looking for a Wills & Probate Legal Secretary to join their family friendly office, based in Isleworth, Greater London. They are very well known in the local market with a strong brand name.
This role would suit a Legal Secretary with a CILEX qualification, who is 3 years+ experience in Wills and Probate and with an ambition to continue on the path to assist the inhouse team. There will be an opportunity for progression but this role will not suit any candidates who are looking to progress quickly with the company.

They are looking for a Wills and Probate Legal Secretary to join their intimate office in Isleworth.
You will be working alongside their very experienced Directors, allowing you to learn and develop from one of the founding members of the firm.
They have built up a loyal client base over the last 20 years, and are looking for someone to assist with their caseload as they are continuing to grow, servicing and developing more relationships with clients.
They specialise in the preparation of wills and the administration of estates as well as the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and general advice for elderly clients. The clients range from HNW individuals to families.
This role will cover preparing and drafting legal documents, will drafting, document production, assisting on probate administration, dealing with client enquiries, database management, checking legal documents and general administrative support.
- You will be a Wills & Probate Legal Secretary 3 years+ (there is no upper limit to level of experience)
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail
- You will be an excellent team player
- You will be very well organised
- You will ideally have a CILEX qualification
- Paying up to £25,000 plus excellent benefits
