Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

LAW Absolute is currently recruiting for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a regional firm on a permanent basis.  The role will be based in Berkshire at an easily commutable to location from London.

Duties will include lease extensions both statutory and non-statutory, collective enfranchisement and Right to Manage.

The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor and have at least a year of experience working in leasehold enfranchisement. Experience in general property work might be a bonus (either commercial or residential).
