The role

This organisation is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 5 years+ into their flourishing Putney office South West London.

You will work as part of a small team you will be at the forefront of this growing department and will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

There will be real variety to the caseload making for a more interesting role. You will deal across a variety of industry sectors and the caseload will include; Development infrastructure and planning projects, property finance and investment, leasehold management, property litigation, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals, commercial leases and landlord and tenant.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will deal with a high-quality commercial property caseload
• You should have excellent communication skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, in addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package
