General Litigation Solicitor

This firm is boutique in size, but has multiple offices, including internationally in Paris and Brussels. You will be joining their flourishing and growing litigation department in their West London office.

They are looking for a General Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE who is looking to progress and develop in a supportive organisation which values and invests heavily in their staff.

The practice areas include residential and commercial property, family, employment and commercial and civil litigation.

The Role

They are seeking to hire a Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years to join their leading team out of their West London office.

You will take on a diverse caseload consisting of a variety of Commercial Litigation areas including - contractual and other disputes relating to companies, employment disputes, company insolvency matters including claims of transactions at an undervalue, preferences and disqualification of directors and judicial review.

You will be joining an existing team of 4, working alongside and learning from their well-known Senior Partner as well as a Solicitor and Paralegal. You will have the opportunity to assist with their clients in Employment, Landlord & Tenant and Insolvency if you wanted to branch out into different practice areas so any experience in these areas would be beneficial.

Any clients brought into the firm would be advantageous but this is not essential.

Requirements

• You will be a General Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years' PQE
• You will be an organised and ambitious Solicitor who works well in a team
• Salary and benefits are competitive and based on your level of experience
• You will be a team player
• Speaking French or Belgium would be seen as beneficial but not essential
