Private Wealth Disputes Paralegal SURREY To £££ 12-18 month FTC

This leading Surrey firm covers a full range of complex private trust and estate disputes including; hostile litigation, administration actions and trust issues on divorce. The practice is one of the country's leading practices dealing with contentious Court of Protection proceedings relating to unauthorised gifts and capacity issues. The Firm works on numerous offshore and international projects and work in close conjunction with international lawyers to offer advice on UK and worldwide Litigation matters.

You will be generally assisting and providing support to fee earners with their case-loads. Reviewing documents and preparing chronologies and/or claims summaries. Assisting with and drafting inter party correspondence, including Letters of Response and without prejudice correspondence instructions to experts and/or counsel. Preparing documents and bundles for experts, counsel and/or the Court. Communicating with members of the team and third parties, including clients, experts and opponents. Carrying our legal and non-legal research.

You will have previous Litigation experience and be able to work both independently and within a team. You'll be a strong individual, with good academics and be enthusiastic about your work.
