This cutting edge, dynamic Legal 500 firm of rainmakers have a rich heritage dating back over 100 years. They are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers across multiple practice areas and are looking to hire first rate legal talent to assist with their aggressive growth plans.

They are looking for a driven, passionate, and go-getting Employment Solicitor 5 years+ PQE to join their well respected, growing employment department. The role will be based out of their Central London office.

The Role

The firm are currently seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor 5 years PQE to join the firms Central London office.

This team has been expanding year on year and you will be working alongside their well-respected Partner who is highly ranked in chambers and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the employment market. They offer a high level of autonomy to shape and build your caseload whilst offering support and mentoring when required.

This organisation works with first class clients, many of whom have international dealings, across different client sectors which will make for an interesting and varied caseload.

You will deal with a broad range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious as well as claimant and respondent work. There will be a variety of industry sectors and a wide range of work, making for an interesting and diverse role.

As the firm likes to grow organically there will be excellent opportunities to progress your career and position in the company.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit to the amount of PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy building business
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress in your career

Renumeration

• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
• You will also earn a lucrative bonus structure, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings
