Senior Residential Property Solicitor - Uckfield, East Sussex
Due to continued growth, a well regarded regional law firm with multiple offices in the South East are seeking a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (ideally upwards of 5yrs PQE) for their successful residential property department in Uckfield, East Sussex
You'll be joining an established conveyancing team where you'll handle a broad mix of all aspects of residential property matters from instruction through to completion including sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages, new build developments and auctions. The firm are well known for the high quality of work they provide and have a loyal client base.
You must be a qualified Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 5 years PQE managing your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters. Experience in overseeing more junior colleagues would be a distinct advantage as there is certainly scope for managerial opportunities in the future.
On offer is a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on level of experience together with excellent benefits in line with a regional law firm.
