The Firm:

-Long established full service law firm with offices across Yorkshire
-Local and long lasting client base
-Small close knit team

The Role:

-You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer
-The role will involve being fully supported in handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
-You will be exposed to a wide variety of conveyancing transactions to include some commercial property files
-The caseload is varied and will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of handling your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
-Client care is at the forefront of everything it does so good communication skills are key
