I am currently recruiting for a Locum Administrator role which sits within the Democratic Services team at a Local Authority within the Home Counties.
The Candidate must be able to use their initiative on tasks, have excellent literacy skills and be extremely proactive with their work.
Duties within this role consists of:
- Taking Minutes of Meetings
- Organising meetings
- Changing document folders and titles
- Attending Council Committee meetings
- Maintain and keep up to date the Units electronic committee meeting
- Undertake Scrutiny work
- Keep up to date with the developments in Democratic Services and Scrutiny work through reading, research and appropriate networking opportunities.
The council is offering predominantly remote working however office attendance will be required on average once a week.
